Educational Qualifications: The applicant must have ITI/Diploma (CS/Computer Application/Electronics Accredited Computer Course)/Diploma or Degree (Engineering/Arch)/Graduation Degree/LLB/MBA/CA/ICWA/Bachelor Degree or PG Diploma (Journalism & Mass Comm.) from the recognized college/institute.
